How the recruitment process works?

1. Application

Sending your CV in response to a selected job offer.

2. Application screening

After collecting applications, a preliminary selection of candidates is carried out.

3. Preliminary phone interview

The initial screening is followed by contacting selected applicants and conducting an telephone interview. This interview is designed to assess skills, competencies and fit with our company.

4. First interview

The next stage of the recruitment process is the first interview, which can take place either at the company's headquarters or at the recruitment agency's office. There is also the possibility of a remote interview. This interview is a structured recruitment interview in which questions are asked about experience, skills and expectations. If English language skills are required for the position, a conversation in English is conducted.

5. Meeting with immediate superior

If the first interview goes well, a meeting with the direct supervisor at the company's headquarters follows. The supervisor will assess skills, development potential and fit with the team. This meeting will also give you a better understanding of the working environment, the team structure and the tasks associated with the specific position.

6. Commencement of work

In the final stage of the recruitment process, our team carefully analyses the information gathered and decides on a candidate who is contacted to discuss a detailed employment offer.
