Insulator systems for busbars are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester. These electrical insulators are manufactured in red.
They allow the installation of rails from 40 x 6 mm to 120 x 10 mm. Due to the versatility of their design, they allow the installation of single, double or multi-track rail systems.
The way of configuration and construction of insulators makes it possible to obtain a wide range of operating voltages and very high mechanical strength of the structure obtained.
For the appropriate configuration of the busbar system we select:
- angle brackets (type PSB/1, PSB/2, PSB/120 )
- rail modules (type PSB/6 for 6 mm rails, PSB/8 for 8 mm rails, PSB/10 for 10 mm rails
All this is bolted together with an M10 metal screw with a length depending on the adopted configuration of the busbar system. The configuration possibilities allow you to design and manufacture any busbar system for any voltage.
