Responsibilities:
- Analysis of project documentation,
- Preparation of estimates and independent valuation of equipment and construction works,
- Obtaining bids for equipment and fittings (boilers, pumps, exchangers, valves) and subcontracted services,
- Preparing bids, sending requests for proposals and selecting the most advantageous one,
- Negotiating prices with subcontractors and suppliers,
- Contracting of works,
- Creating and executing the schedule of supplies and orders necessary for construction,
- Liaising with domestic and foreign suppliers for construction execution,
- Searching for new suppliers and alternatives when delivery dates are threatened,
- Creating and maintaining databases of subcontractors and suppliers,
- Constant cooperation with suppliers, designers and other departments of the company,
- Completion and filing of documentation required for acceptance of works and deliveries.
Requirements:
- University education, preferred majors: Environmental Engineering, Construction, Power Engineering or similar,
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the general construction industry (in particular, in design or in works pricing/production preparation),
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level - min. B1/B2,
- Negotiation skills and relationship building skills,
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and pre-measuring programs.
