High-temperature torch
A high-temperature biogas flare is a device for utilizing biogas at a high temperature >1000° C and a flame retention time of at least 0.3 sec. The burner is the component that provides fuel to the combustion chamber, where the gas is burned.
The combustion chamber is equipped with thermal insulation, which prevents heat loss and increases the combustion temperature of the gas. The combustion control system is responsible for maintaining a constant temperature in the combustion chamber and for monitoring and regulating the combustion process.
This is one of the cleanest and most effective solutions for avoiding greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.
