Gefran force transducers are offered in a variety of sizes and capacities and are available in stainless steel or aluminum, with protection levels from IP65 to IP68 and multiple accuracy classes. The force and strain sensors measure deformation generated by compression, tension/compression, shearing, double shearing and bending, and convert them using strain gauge technology.
Applications for force and strain transducers
The transducers have been developed for applications requiring maximum measurement precision: automation, inspection and weighing, robotics, industry.
Main features of the TR force transducer

Sensors for measuring roller force (Load cells)
Force transducers, for industrial lines most commonly used in the plastics industry. TR series force transducers are used to measure the tension that plastic films or tapes or textiles exert on the guide rollers of reeling machines. They are used on both fixed and rotating shafts. TR transducers are supplied with an adapter flange for mounting with 4 M6 screws or one M10 or M12 center screw.
