UPS CES Omega M 10kVA - 20kVA

UPS Omega M 10kVA and 20kVA is an uninterruptible power supply that has either 1-phase or 3-phase power on the input and 1-phase power on the output. The Omega UPS is a modern true online, double-conversion uninterruptible power supply with pure sine wave voltage and PF 1.0.

Description of Omega M 10kVA and 20kVA UPS operating modes

Online mode

In this mode, the rectifier supplies the inverter with DC, the load is powered by the inverter and the charger charges the batteries.

Static bypass mode

In the event of a failure or overload of the inverter, the UPS will enter bypass mode. It is also possible to enter this mode manually by pressing the appropriate buttons. In by-pass mode, the load is supplied directly by the mains supply and the UPS is not able to protect the load from power outages.

Battery mode

In the event of a mains power failure in normal mode, the UPS will enter battery mode. In this mode, power is supplied to the inverter by the batteries.

ECO mode - not available for parallel operation

When the UPS is operating in ECO mode, the load is powered via the by-pass. The inverter is on standby, the charger operates normally. Efficiency is up to 98%, but the UPS may not protect the load from overvoltage interference. In the event of a mains power failure, the UPS enters battery mode.
