Inverter functions
- Network synchronisation
Provides the option of soft frequency starting of up to 4 motors, the last of which remains in inverter operation with stepless frequency control
- Soft start
Allows the inverter to start the rotating motor, e.g. after a temporary power failure
- Sustained operation
In the event of short outages of up to 1,000 ms, the inverter is able to continue operation, preventing process interruption
- Master-slave control
For multi-motor applications, using fibre-optic communication allows controlled speed and torque balance between motors
- Two-speed motor control
The inverter allows operation with a switchable motor winding configuration
- Braking with power module
This function can be used for short braking at low speeds. The braking energy is dissipated in the power modules as heat.
- Liquid cooling
For locations where air cooling of the drive is not possible due to architecture, dust or environmental conditions. The inverter provides full control of the water circuits. It is equipped with leak detection systems and an anti-condensation system.
- Power module bypass operation
If one of the power modules fails, the others can modify their operation to allow the motor to continue running, despite the failure of a single module
