•     Drain kit: Hoses with valve, allowing coolant and oil to drain.
•     Fuel sensors: Both mechanical and electrical, providing full control over fuel level and consumption.

Characteristic

Housing

The housing of the unit is made of galvanized steel with electrostatic coating, which guarantees full corrosion resistance and high durability. Thanks to its soundproof design, it effectively reduces noise emissions. The modular design makes it easy to carry out service operations, and service doors located on all sides of the unit provide convenient access to components. The exhaust system with built-in muffler has been placed inside the housing, further reducing noise. The enclosure's structure has been designed to maximize the cooling efficiency of both the engine and the generator, ensuring their optimal performance. The genset is designed for outdoor mounting, offering effective protection from the elements while maintaining a low noise level.

Control panel

The control panel, enclosed in a rugged IP54-rated metal housing, is equipped with the ComAp AMF 25 control module, which allows both automatic and manual management of genset operation. The system constantly analyzes the parameters of the power grid and cooperates with the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) switching system, which allows smooth switching between the mains supply and the genset. Thanks to its intuitive operation, advanced communication features and precise monitoring of operating parameters, the panel ensures reliability both in emergency situations and during primary operation.
