Automated technicians of the service department of our company have completed the commissioning of the thermal installation of the polygeneration module, installed at the brewery belonging to Van Pur S. A. located in Rakszawa.
Our installation enables simultaneous production of all forms of energy available for polygeneration, namely electricity, heat, cooling and process steam. An extensive control system, which supports such equipment as an absorption chiller, a cooling tower, a steam generator with a water preparation module, as well as pumps and valves - ensuring the proper flow of media, will guarantee optimal operation of the entire installation.
The system is armed with temperature, pressure and many other sensors, which are firstly designed to provide the information necessary to run the process, and secondly are used to signal any irregularities, which will allow the user to efficiently diagnose faults and quickly remove them. The proper operation of the entire plant is supervised by a SCADA system, which, thanks to extensive and clear visualization, allows operators to fully control the process.
