Characteristics
Simple configuration
Configuration of the inverters' operating parameters is possible both via the built-in LED or LCD control panel (optional) and via the serial interface, using the tool software.
Ready-to-use application sets
CES Drive inverters come standard with 8 ready-made parameter sets for typical loads, e.g.: pump, fan, blower, conveyor. After entering the basic motor data, simply select the type of load, e.g. No. 1 - water pump - the inverter will be automatically programmed.
Automatic tuning to the engine
Quickly and automatically measure and match the drive parameters to the motor. This function improves efficiency and reduces preparation time.
PID controller
CES Drive inverters have a built-in PID controller, enabling precise control of the technological process by maintaining, among other things: constant pressure, flow, level or temperature.
Control panel
This is standard equipment on CESDrive inverters. This intuitive, built-in LED panel allows efficient inverter configuration, reading of operating parameters and process units, and also provides diagnostics and changing of current parameters. Each control panel has a rotary potentiometer for infinitely variable output frequency adjustment.
An optional additional multifunction LCD panel has also been developed for the CX 7800 series, which can be mounted remotely, in a convenient location for the operator, or act as a control panel, fused to the inverter.
Intuitive software
The software allows easy configuration, monitoring and diagnostics of frequency converters. In addition to the basic functions used for startup, the software also allows you to view and change inverter operating parameters.
Dynamic braking
A braking module is standard equipment on all CES Drive CX8100 models up to 15 kW. For higher outputs, optional external PBU dynamic braking modules and energy-saving Regen BU energy recovery modules have been prepared
Electronics protection coating
Printed circuit protection coating is standard for CES Drive CX8100. It is thanks to it that the devices are characterized by reliability and can be used even in extremely adverse conditions for electronics in "aggressive" industrial environments.
